Explanatory Notes
Commitments for title insurance are issued only upon receipt of
an order of a specific amount for a policy of title insurance.
Preliminary reports, letter reports or opinions of title as such
are not issued.
This schedule provides for a single basic rate for standard
coverage with additional charges for ALTA (extended) form
policies. The ALTA lenders rate is an additional 30% of the
general schedule, with a minimum of $50.00. Rates for
endorsements and special risks as filed with the Department of
Insurance will be quoted upon request.

insured contract. Minimum $150.00. |

| Credit on
"Construction" & "Refinance" Loans: |

Final Take Out. Within 2 years 100% credit from construction
loan toward premium on new policy. Refinance Existing Loan.
Within 3 years 50% of standard premium on last loan toward
new policy (Credit does not include ALTA charges,
endorsements, inspections and increases). |
